Bonfire night - joining in despite feeling poorly. There's no need to miss out.

My Bonfire Night picture!
In England tonight is Bonfire night or Guy Fawkes Night and it's one of my favourite events because I love fireworks! There's something so beautiful and so magical about watching them go up into the dark sky and explode into colour and sparkle, they make me feel like anything is possible and magic can appear out of no where.

I'm still struggling with my cold; but I did manage to find the energy to make a bonfire picture for the Party in your Pad and I'm now watching Mulan, a film with some fab fireworks in it (and one of my two favourite Disney's - it's all about a woman being told she can't do something and proving people wrong, don't ya know!)

It's been lovely that despite feeling dreadful, I've still been able to join in with the other Live in Love in Laugh in members and we've been having fun, it's definitely made me feel better and proved a brilliant distraction. I'm off to watch the rest of my film; but you can see the firework scene here...

I love this Claire. What a delightful approach you have to life. I'm ashamed to admit I was feeling a bit sad that Guy Fawkes' Night isn't celebrated in the US and there was no family around to make our own Bonfire night fun. All I had to do was go on-line or check in with you to turn that around! Now I know!
